Our very own life long member, Mr. Horace Savage Jr was honored for decades of community service to the city of Portsmouth and surrounding communities. The block of Portsmouth Blvd between Frederick Blvd and Deep Creek Blvd, had ceremonial signs installed and the street dedicated in his honor. This location was chosen because the home he grew up in is located on this block.
